Ultra high pressure oil pump and its performance

The high pressure oil pump is used for tensioning the prestressed jack to supply tensioning power equipment.
Ultra high pressure manual oil pump is a double plunger connected oil pump. When the pressure is low, the high and low plunger also supplies oil. When the pressure is adjusted, the low pressure oil will overflow actively without the pressure of the plunger.

The diesel high pressure oil pump is called the "heart" of the diesel engine. It is the most important component in the diesel fuel supply system. Its root function is to supply high pressure diesel to the injector timely and quantitatively.

The mission principle of the high pressure oil pump is that the overflow part is equipped with hollow sandwich, heat preservation pump and for steam, hot/hot water, heat conduction oil and so on to carry out the liquid and pump.

Ultra high pressure pumps use special composite coating to improve corrosion resistance and reduce friction during operation. Detachable hard handle groove saddle is provided for specification, dust ring reduces pollution, extended jack life, all types contain quick joint and dust cap.

Ultra-high pressure electric oil pump has compact structure, convenient operation, high pressure and low flow, which can be used to manufacture low-pressure pump for travelling power. On the basis of crude oil circuit, electromagnetic directional valve, pressure relay, hydraulic lock and other hydraulic components can be added to control the system. Pressure test can be carried out directly on pressure vessels, equipped with oil cylinders and tools for lifting, jacking, winding, straightening, drawing, punching, riveting, disassembly and other lessons.
