Requirements for vacuum sintering furnace in vacuum heat treatment furnace

1. Vacuum sintering furnace needs to have air tightness in structure and function, that is, it can isolate the air outside the furnace and ensure the protection atmosphere inside the furnace unimpeded.

2. Vacuum sintering furnace should be equipped with perfect dewaxing device or dewaxing belt in terms of structure and function.

3. The temperature of each section in the sintering furnace is controllable and the atmosphere of each section is adjustable.

4. For continuous sintering furnace, it has transmission device and transmission speed can be adjusted.

5. With fast cooling device, the sintered parts can be cooled quickly to the temperature of coming out of the oven.
