Under normal circumstances, the cleaning solution used in the cleaning process of heat exchangers of oil refining and chemical equipment is a detergent. The heat exchangers of oil refining and chemical equipment are cleaned by virtue of the surface activity and purification chemical reaction of the cleaning solution. The cleaning methods of refinery chemical equipment mainly include circulation method, impregnation method and impact method. Among them, the circulation method is to recycle the cleaning liquid with the help of the pump; The macerating method is to fill the heat exchanger with the cleaning liquid, clean the heat exchanger with the cleaning liquid for a period of time, then discharge the cleaning liquid from the bottom of the heat exchanger, and transfer the cleaning liquid into the mixing equipment. When the operators clean the heat exchanger by dipping method, they should first know whether the refinery chemical equipment contains substances prone to chemical reactions, so as to prevent the heat exchanger from being damaged in the cleaning process.
