Reason Analysis of Single Screw Pump Dead Pump

(1) No air supply or air leakage at the intake;
(2) Pump at dead point (a few pumps rarely appear);
(3) The main valve gasket is reversed (because some specifications of the pump main valve gasket are positive and negative);
(4) The main valve spool is worn seriously and leaks air.
(5) The main valve spool is stuck due to debris entering.
(6) The air source is too dirty, and the sundries block the air vent of the guide valve.
(7) The sealing ring of the guide valve is worn seriously and leaks air.
(8) The muffler is blocked and the pressure difference can not be formed in the middle body.
(9) The U-shaped seal of the central shaft of the pump is seriously damaged and leaks air.
(10) The seal of the ejector pin is damaged, the ejector pin seat is worn seriously and the ejector pin is bent.
(11) Breakage of diaphragm or loosening of pressure plate;
(12) The corrosion of intermediates is serious, and there are holes and leaks.
(13) Damage and leakage of air valves, guide valves and air inlet cover gaskets;
(14) Drying of Material in Pump Cavity
