1. In order to keep the XZ direct-connected rotary vane vacuum pump clean and prevent impurities from entering the pump, after long-term use of the pump, the oil of the pump becomes dirty, it is necessary to replace the pump oil, remove the oil-proof screw when replacing, tighten the oil-releasing screw after putting the dirty oil in place, and add the clean vacuum pump oil to the middle line of the oil mark.
2. When the vacuum pump is not working (parking), the intake port should be blocked to prevent dust from entering the pump.
3. When the vacuum pump works for a period of time, it is necessary to check whether the pump oil is still at the midpoint of the oil mark. If it is insufficient, it is necessary to add oil. If it is found that the pump oil is decomposed or there are impurities, it should also be changed.
4. The vacuum pump should be dismantled and repaired during the working period if the vacuum degree is abnormal. But it needs to be carried out under the guidance of experienced personnel.
