How to operate the canned motor pump correctly
Only when the shield pump is operated correctly and reasonably can the service life of the shield pump be prolonged! In the process of use, the use of pipeline shielded pump is particularly important!
First, exhaust (before and after separating the pump)
Before starting the pump: open the inlet valve (record the reading of the outlet pressure gauge) - open the outlet valve - open the reverse circulation pipeline valve (R type) - connect the cooling water (if any)
After starting the pump: open the inlet valve - start the pump - open the outlet valve - open the reverse circulation pipeline valve (R type)
Then, operate continuously and normally: after the air is discharged and the pressure gauge is stable, adjust the outlet valve until the pressure gauge indicates the allowable pressure range of the pump, and the operating current is normal (it should be about 80% of the rated current), and then operate continuously.

Then, stop the pump: close the outlet valve first, and then turn off the power.
Finally, the judgment of positive and negative pump:
Pump forward rotation:
Jog the power supply, and the pointer of TRG meter will return to zero after slightly swinging in the green area;
The outlet pressure gauge can reach the normal pressure;
The pump has no vibration and noise;
The running current of the pump is normal.
Pump reverse:
Jog the power supply, and the pointer of TRG meter swings to the red zone;
The outlet pressure gauge can not reach the normal pressure;
The pump has abnormal vibration and high noise;
The running current of the pump is lower than the normal value.
