Routine maintenance of complete vacuum pump equipment

First of all, in terms of the daily maintenance of the complete vacuum pump equipment, for the operators, to a large extent, they should be familiar with different types of instruments, pumps and various parts of the complete vacuum pump equipment. In fact, we should pay attention to reading carefully and understand different kinds of instructions.
Then, the cooling water pressure on the whole set of vacuum pump equipment should be kept between 0.1 and 0.2 MPa directly. Next, we should pay attention to the outlet water temperature of the vacuum pump which should be kept at ≤ 45 ℃. For its own compressed air pressure, in fact, it should be between 0.4 and 0.5 MPa.
Moreover, before starting up each furnace of the complete vacuum pump equipment, we should pay attention to check the capacity of the protective gas cylinder. In this regard, to a large extent, it can avoid insufficient gas filling and replace the gas cylinder. If there is any abnormal situation after startup, it is to a large extent that we should pay attention to immediately eliminate or stop to find the cause.
Always check the return water volume of each part of the complete vacuum pump equipment, and pay attention to ensure that there will be sufficient cooling water on each part during the work. When the equipment is stopped for use, to a large extent, it means that the gas in the furnace should be evacuated. When it is not used for a long time, it means that the protective gas should be filled, and the circulating water in the water-cooled jacket of the equipment should be discharged.
Later, the mechanical pump and roots pump in the complete vacuum pump equipment should be regularly changed for oil and refueling, and the oil cup of roots pump should be kept with oil. In addition, when the whole set of vacuum pump is changing oil, it is necessary to drain the waste oil. When the diffusion pump is changing oil, if there is any oxidation inside, it can only be cleaned properly.
