1. If external exhaust is required during vacuumization, the exhaust port of the separator can be piped to the outside. If a gas line is not provided, the gas will be discharged directly into the atmosphere through the vents on the separator.

2. The pump exhaust pipe shall be connected to the inlet of the steam separator. When used as a compressor, the steam separator exhaust pipe should be connected to the compressed air system for use.

3. The valve shall be installed on the inlet pipe of the pump for control to prevent the working fluid in the pump from flowing back into the system due to the vacuum suction of the system when stopping.

4. When used as a compressor, if pressure exists on the pipe pipe, the valve shall also be installed on the pipe pipe of the steam separator.

1. The vacuum pump adjusts the vacuum degree and air volume through the valve installed on the inlet air pipe and inlet air pipe. Therefore, when operating as a compressor, a valve mounted on the outlet pipe can be used to regulate the pressure of the compressor unit.

2. If the installation position needs to be changed, the connection pipeline of the separator should not be too long and the turn should not be too steep, otherwise the flow loss of water and gas in the pipeline will increase, thus increasing the pressure at the pump exhaust end, thus reducing the gas volume and vacuum, and increasing the power consumption.
