Maintenance of Water Ring Vacuum Pump
Water ring vacuum pump is a kind of vacuum equipment which can produce vacuum, but it will be used wherever vacuum is needed. How to maintain it becomes a routine maintenance, what are its maintenance methods?
1. Check the loosening of pipeline and joint. Turn the pump by hand to see if it is flexible.
2. Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, observe the oil level should be at the midline of the oil mark, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or supplemented in time.
3. Turn down the diversion bolt of the pump body of the water ring vacuum pump and pour the diversion water or slurry.
4. Close gate valves and outlet pressure gauges and import vacuum gauges.
5. Point the motor to see if the motor steering is correct.
6. Turn on the motor. When the motor is in normal operation, open the outlet pressure gauge and the import water ring vacuum pump. After the appropriate pressure is shown, gradually open the gate valve and check the load of the motor.
7. Controlling the flow rate and head as far as possible within the range indicated on the sign to ensure that the water-ring vacuum pump operates at high efficiency points can achieve energy-saving effect.
8. In the course of operation, the bearing temperature should not exceed the ambient temperature of 35 or 80 C.
9. If abnormal sound is found, stop immediately to check the cause.
10. To stop using, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
The long-term application of water-ring vacuum pump can not be separated from its usual maintenance. It contains many accessories. It needs careful maintenance to ensure the high-speed operation of the equipment. In the process of operation, check its movement and static at any time.
