Sealing Analysis of Rotary Vacuum Pump

(1) K-shaped dynamic seal will not drip and leak during normal operation.
(2) If there is a cooling water device, check whether the water flow is normal.
Pump shutdown:
(1) When the rotary vane vacuum pump stops, the outlet valve should be closed first, in order to prevent the backstop valve from failing and the pressure water from the outlet pipe from backfilling into the pump, causing the impeller to reverse and causing damage to the pump.
(2) When stopping the pump, if the inertia is small, that is, the pump will stop soon after power failure, indicating that there is a Mocha or eccentricity in the pump.
The three steps of starting, running and stopping of rotary vane vacuum pump are very important, but the most important step is the adjustment of outlet valve. If it is in the suction state, the opening of the outlet valve can be relatively large, and if it is in the backfilling state, the opening of the outlet valve can be relatively small. The closer the working point of the outlet valve is to the design point of the pump, the better it will be. This will make the actual flow state close to the theoretical design, and make the pump run efficiently and save resources. Because the high efficiency of the pump is near the design point or design point, of course, the ultimate premise is that the current does not overload.
Because when the rotary vane vacuum pump opens, there is no water in the outlet pipeline of the pump, so there is no pipeline resistance and elevation resistance. After the pump starts, the pump head is very low and the flow rate is very large. At this time, the output of the pump motor (shaft power) is very large (according to the pump performance curve), and it is easy to overload, which will damage the motor and circuit of the pump. Therefore, we need to close the outlet valve when starting. To ensure the normal operation of the pump.
